0:02 To wrap up the hands-on part: BAS, our lightning-fast sorting assistant. Your customers keep asking for declarations. BAS answers them for you. A customer sends a normal email. BAS checks the sender against authorised addresses and picks declarations for their products only. The reply comes in the same thread, with the declaration in Polish
0:29 and English and the issued documentation. BAS only sends fully assessed items. Items in progress get a heads-up, and you get notified. Every query is logged: who asked, what was sent, and what wasn't. We set it up during deployment by connecting the mailbox your customers write to.
