0:02 After import, we move to the portfolio — your whole company at a glance. At the top: the whole portfolio — product count, sales, grouped and transport packaging, material categories, and a red counter of items to complete. Now the biggest time-saver: portfolio decisions. The app spots shared components. This preform is used in three products — answer once, and it covers all three.

0:35 The more products share a part, the more work one answer saves. Our customers handle thousands of items. Focus keeps you on track. Focus on one recipient, and the whole app shows only their products: portfolio, requirements and declarations. Focus changes no data — only what you're looking at. There's also role focus. A company can be manufacturer for one customer and supplier for another

1:06 — say, for a retail chain's private label. Set the role per recipient, and the app picks the right document: a Declaration of Conformity or a Supplier Declaration. Finally, a group declaration: one document per recipient, covering ready items from the same material group.
