0:02 We start by creating an account. Just a name, email and password — no credit card. Your first product is free, and declarations are unlimited. Then you confirm your email. The Declaration of Conformity is signed by a real person, so we need to know the address is yours. Now the key setting: your company's place in the supply chain.
0:29 There are five roles, and yours decides whether you issue a Declaration of Conformity or a Supplier Declaration. It also decides which requirements apply. You can change it anytime, and even play different roles for different recipients — standard in the food industry. We choose manufacturer and confirm we meet its conditions. No retyping company details: enter your tax number, and the app fetches your
1:00 name and address from the Polish Finance Ministry register. Add your logo — it appears on every declaration you issue.
